The wedding date is July 1st…and I am still drawing a blank. I need help coming up with a good, funny, wedding centered quote or two to use. Not to mention the actual toast…
Any tips??? Please keep in mind that there will be a few highly religious people attending, so I don’t want to offend them with something gross.

Say what comes from your heart. for example did u used to play dress up when you were little and pretend you were getting married. If so tell the story and then say that she finally found her prince.

Check out. They have tons of articles and suggestions on everyone’s speeches. I’m sure you’ll find something in there.

You definitely want to speak from the heart. If you’re not sure if something sounds right, then don’t use it. As far as quotes, I’ve always liked “To love and be loved is the greatest joy on Earth”…Good luck.

Good toasts come from the heart. Talk about how they met if it was special. How your sister acted when she called to tell you she met him…Was she dreamy? If you know the future husband well, talk about a nice story about the two of them. If you and your sister talked about what you guys thought the perfect man would be like include that and tell how the groom fits into the mold.

I had to give one of those speeches a couple years ago, GOOD LUCK. Make it personal, tell a cute story about them or how you knew your sister was in love with him and wish them the best. I said something about how a marriage is the union of two people, but sometimes they might need a little outside help, and all of their friends and family will do anything to support them. Hope this helps.
