Jan asked:
Suppose that I am retiring as an embalmer in a funeral company and that I’m going elsewhere(it could be changing a career, transfer to another company ). Can you give a really funny speech for this subject. We will be performing this on class.

“Search” on George Jessel. He was a great comic writer and performed eulogies for many of entertainment’s biggest names, including the original superstar, Al Jolson. He would even do animal eulogies, if the dog was Jewish.
He was the unofficial “MC” of the comedians round table at the Hillcrest Country Club and more than held his own with some of the best talent of his day. These titles should also help in your research.
By the way, Don’t forget Mark Twain’s trip to London and the New York Journal’s premature eulogy. On learning of this, Twain cabled the publisher: “Reports of my death are greatly exaggerated.”. Good Luck.
